You’ve got frequently asked questions. We’ve got answers. We may have just violated a trademark, but isn’t there some kind of exception if it’s a joke? We’re definitely joking.
You can count on plenty of ATMs in the event site. Trust us…we want you to spend money. Accepting credit cards will be up to individual vendors. We encourage it, but can’t guarantee it.
Working within the parameters of Sawyer Point and Yeatman’s Cove, we will make a best effort to make Bunbury as accessible as possible. Guests with special needs please email our partners at The Center for Independent Living Options (CILO) as soon as possible.
We have a lot of advice. Kind of like your mom. Now we know how kids don’t listen to their mothers, but we strongly recommend you make an exeption this time. We want you to enjoy your festival experience so much, we dedicated an entire page to advice.
Sawyer Point and Yeatman's Cove were never designed for camping. You'll need to pitch your tent and start your campfire a bit farther away from downtown, but there are some great options in the region:

Kid's Ticket Prices
Kids 10 and under will be admitted for free if accompanied by an adult ticket holder. There is not a limit on the number of kids per adult; however, it is at the discretion of the gate staff. So if your son is sporting one of those peach fuzz mustaches, we know he's older than 10. Please note that only VIP ticket holders can be in the VIP area.
Ticket Layaway Terms and Conditions
Our layaway (offered online only) program offers customers the opportunity to make small payments over an extended period on eligible tickets. The last day to take advantage of layaway is Friday, January 31, 2014 at 5 p.m. EST.
You may pay the full balance on your layaway order at any time. Tickets will be made available via the email address provided immediately upon final payment. If there is a problem with email delivery, tickets can be made available at Will Call at the event site during Box Office hours.
If you cancel your purchase or can't make your monthly payment within 10 days after the due date, your ticket will automatically be cancelled and you will receive a full refund minus a 10% cancellation fee. For example, the cancellation fee on a $55 ticket will be $5.50. Your refund will appear on your credit card statement within 10 business days. To cancel your purchase, email Bunbury Festival LLC at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In Ohio, the cancellation fee cannot exceed 10%. In Ohio, there is no cancellation fee for orders cancelled within fourteen (14) days of the order.
If, when you make your final payment, we are unable to provide you with the ticket specified in the layaway contract, you will receive a full refund of the deposit and all subsequent payments made under this contract except as provided by law.
Ticket Donation Request
The Bunbury Music Festival will consider ticket donation requests from 501(c)(3) organizations that serve the Greater Cincinnati Area via this online form. Due to the high volume of requests, we are sorry, but we cannot confirm receipt, provide the status of a request, or respond to declined requests.
Please note: All ticket donation requests must be made via our online form by March 31. If your organization misses the deadline, feel free to submit your request for next year starting October 1.
Name on Ticket
The name on the tickets simply reflects the name under which the ticket was reserved. Bunbury reserves the right to ask for identification in relation to the tickets, but this should only be necessary if there is a discrepancy with the tickets (i.e. fraudulent activity).
Individuals with disabilities shall be permitted to be accompanied by their service animals in all accessible areas of Sawyer Point and Yeatman's Cove. The work or tasks performed by a service animal must be directly related to the individual’s disability.
What’s Up with the Bee?
Honestly, no idea. He asked if he could be the mascot so we figured why not.
To Bunbury, or to go bunburying, is to have a made up excuse to get out of doing something boring. Every Bunbury weekend in July, we have a great excuse to get out of whatever you don’t want to do.
At both entrances, volunteers will be ready and willing to answer questions you may have in regards to Bunbury and the Greater Cincinnati area. We really hope you enjoy your time at the park and Cincinnati; a beautiful place that we want to share with you.
Safe and secure lockers are available for rent. Rent your locker online early before they sell out. Online rental is easy - reserve online and you will receive an email 24 hours before the fest containing your locker location, number and lock combination. You will have unlimited access to your locker. Click here to rent your locker.
We will allow re-entry. As long as you have your wristband, you can exit and re-enter the event site. You are not a prisoner. You can go out to your car and grab a sandwich if that fits your budget. Wristbands that have been damaged or tampered with will not be accepted.
Safety is our number one priority. We’ll be sure to have plenty of security and a medical staff on hand. We will only allow a certain amount of tomfoolery. If there is a chance that someone might get their eye poked out, then we’re going to put an end to it…and may even call your mom.
Yes, there are ticket fees. We purposely kept our ticket prices low so it would still be a great deal even with ticket fees. You have the option of buying your ticket at the gate, but there will still be ticketing fees...and a line. So save yourself some time and buy online!
Refunds or exchanges are not allowed after a ticket is purchased.
Tickets Are Transferable, Wristbands Are Not
Once you enter the event, your ticket will be taken and you will be issued a wristband. Although tickets are transferable, wristbands are not. In other words, you cannot buy a three-day wristband and give it to another person to wear on a different day.
